The Kingdom Minded Man is a Christian men's leadership and discipleship organization built for men who are done with passivity and ready to walk in the fullness of who God created them to be.
We exist for the man who has been sitting on the sidelines of his own life — carrying sin patterns he cannot seem to break, leading from a place of confusion rather than conviction, and sensing deep down that there is more to his faith than what he has been living. We are also built for the man who has walked away from false spirituality, the occult, or the New Age, and is now navigating what it truly means to follow Christ with his whole identity intact.
We do not offer motivational content or surface-level encouragement. We offer transformation. Through live training, mentorship, and a brotherhood of men who hold each other accountable, we teach men how to dismantle the patterns that have kept them stuck, rebuild their identity on the Word of God, and lead with spiritual authority in every area of their lives — their homes, their businesses, and their communities.
This is not a church program. This is not a men's group that meets for pancakes and prayer. This is a deliberate, structured environment where men are challenged, equipped, and held to a higher standard — because the Kingdom of God demands nothing less.

His Story
He did not come to this ministry through a seminary or a Sunday school class. He came through ten years of manifestation, energy work, plant medicine, and esoteric practice — believing he was walking in spiritual power, until Jesus radically intervened and showed him the difference between counterfeit authority and the real thing.
The Mission Today
Today, Joyful Jerold leads the Upper Room Remnant — a high-level discipleship movement calling 120 men to steward the next move of God in America. His mission is singular: to awaken men who are done performing, done hiding, and ready to walk in the fullness of their God-given identity as submitted sons and active Kingdom leaders.
